My relative joined of Russian Armed Forces and went missing or was captured or suddenly stopped contacting me. What do I do?
You can contact the Ukrainian governmental project “I Want to Find” — a unified center dedicated to searching for the servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. The project provides information on Russian military personnel held in captivity as well as on those ones who are missing in action, deceased and whose remains were found and identified in Ukraine.
If your relative joined Russian Armed Forces and has not been killed in action or hasn't gone missing in action yet here is your chance to save their life:
Contact the Ukrainian governmental project “I Want to Live”. The project assists servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces who wish to voluntarily surrender into Ukrainian captivity. It guarantees anonymity, safety and full compliance with the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Russian battlefield casualties are skyrocketing, so if your relative is fighting against Ukraine do not hesitate. Act now before it's too late.
