My relative came to Ukraine as a civilian and went missing or was illegally detained by Russian Armed Forces. What do I do?
Note: If your relative was a serviceman at the time they went missing or were captured, please follow the guide for relatives of servicemen.
If your relative came to Ukraine and has been captured by the enemy side or is missing in action (or has suddenly stopped contacting you), please follow the steps below:

- Send the completed form to:
- Coordination Headquarters' representatives will contact you within 3 business days. We will provide you with:
- All the available information about your relative (such as their current status in our database, possible place of detention in Russia, etc.). If we determine that your relative is neither missing nor captured.
- Consultation on the next steps in the process in the case if your relative is illegally detained, is missing or was killed.
